Eclareon is an international management consulting firm with a clear focus on the booming renewable energies sector, in particular on photovoltaics, solar thermal, geothermal and biomass.
Their overall mission is to leverage the introduction of technologies and the entry of companies in new markets, particularly in Germany and Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, France, Portugal and Greece). Beyond these countries, eclareon already operates in selected markets in Middle and Eastern Europe. Their client base is very broad and comprises manufacturers, wholesalers & system integrators, project developers & installers, private equity firms & banks, industry associations, energy agencies and public bodies.
Eclareon has permanent offices in Germany (Berlin) and Spain (Madrid), where they are well-known as a door-opener and facilitator for new themes and especially acts as mediator between companies on the one hand and the political and financial sectors on the other hand. In this role they co-operate closely with industry associations (e.g. EPIA, ESTIF, BSW, ASIF), energy agencies (e.g. dena, IDAE) and research institutions (e.g. Photovoltaic Institute).
